Over the course of his career, a common theme has been the combination of restructuring and business development with a concurrent strong focus on quality management, lean management as well as operational and administrative digitalisation. Mr. Weng graduated with a Phd in Mechanical Engineering from the Ruhr University Bochum, specialising in finite element programming and simulation. Simultaneously, he graduated in Industrial Engineering and Business. Previously, he also attained an MA in Mechanical Engineering from Bochum in association with the University of Sheffield. Stephan´s valuable experience will be a valuable asset in our journey to become the global leader in Train Connection System.
Johan Stenborg says: “I would like to thank everyone at Dellner for these great 9 years. When I started, we had approximately 600 million Swedish Kroner in revenue vs todays 2000 and with a completely different global company set up. I feel privileged to have been part of this growth and transformation journey together with my team, first as the VP for Product Realisation and then the development of excellence in Supply Chain. The prospects for future growth are bright, so I want to wish you all my very best.”
Stephan Weng says: “I am excited about joining Dellner, a company with a solid history and an excellent reputation within the rail industry. As part of the team, I’m looking forward to exceeding the defined objectives, building on past achievements, and continuing the development of an efficient and sustainable supply chain to meet all our stakeholders’ expectations.”
Peter Woxblom says: “Stephan has a solid track record and wide experience both strategically and operationally in various executive roles. His reputation for execution and achieving results together as a team player makes him well suited to lead our supply chain organisation and he will be a valuable addition to our management team. I would also like to thank Johan for his contribution to Dellner over 9 years. Johan has also been a valued colleague in Dellner´s Management team and we wish him all the best for the future.”
