Daniel Gradl

Daniel Gradl is President of Wabtec Corporation’s Brakes & Couplers product lines.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in transportation and industrial systems, having held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia, with expertise in friction technology, brake systems, and strategic product development.

Previously, he served as Vice President, Business Unit Friction, and Managing Director, Germany Brakes, where he drove innovation and operational excellence.

He holds degrees in Economics and General Management, as well as an Executive MBA from INSEAD. He also has extensive expertise in customer-centric supply chain leadership.

Fredric Håkansson

Thomas Leander

Thomas Leander was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dellner in June 2022. He is a financial expert with many years of leadership experience and a particular focus on driving growth strategies, innovation and transformation in the areas of production, sales, service and project business.

Thomas has been active in the multinational environment for many years. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President Finance and Strategic Business Unit CFO at Kalmar Mobile Solutions, a strategic business unit within the Cargotec Corporation and part of the Cargotec Group. Prior to that, Thomas filled numerous finance leadership roles at ABB, the energy and technology group, including in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt. From 2009 to 2020, Thomas was CFO of ABB Robotics at its headquarters in Zurich.

Thomas holds an engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from Örebro University School of Business.

Fredrik Nordström

Fredrik was appointed Head of Couplers Business OE in February 2026 following Dellner’s acquisition by Wabtec.
Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of BU Couplers at Dellner from January 2025. He also worked at Dellner Couplers between 2020–2023 as Corporate Business Development Director.

Fredrik has more than 35 years of experience in the rail industry in areas such as aftermarket, project management, production,
engineering, bids and sales, including leadership roles such as: Head of BU Nordics Regional/Intercity and Deputy Managing Director for Bombardier Transportation. His most recent position was CMO, Head of Sales & Commercial at Euromaint Rail AB during 2024.

Fredrik holds a degree in Business Administration from Mälardalen University, Sweden.

Paul Bennison

Paul was appointed Head of Couplers Business Service in February 2026 following Dellner’s acquisition by Wabtec. Previously, he served as Dellner UK Coupler & Service Director.

Paul brings 15 years of rail industry experience, including 5 years at Faiveley Transport and 10 years at Dellner. Before entering the rail sector, Paul spent 10 years in sales working within the commercial vehicle market, as a tier one supplier to global OEMs such as Scania, DAF, Mercedes-Benz and Cummins as well as serving the aftermarket for global market needs.

Throughout his career, Paul has worked within international manufacturing environments, collaborating with global customers and supporting service, maintenance, and aftermarket operations.

Paul holds a BA in Business Management with Sport from the University of Manchester (UK), a CMI Diploma in Management, and Six Sigma certification.

Denis Moreaux

Denis was appointed Head of Couplers Global Operations in February 2026, following Dellner’s acquisition by Wabtec. He is responsible for leading operations across Wabtec and Dellner, with a focus on strengthening integration and driving performance across the combined organization.

Denis brings extensive international leadership experience across operations and business. Prior to his current role, Denis served at Wabtec as Product Line Leader and Managing Director. He also served as Digitalization, Sustainability, and Lean Director for Transit Operations, leading initiatives in digital transformation and Lean performance improvement.

Following Wabtec’s acquisition of Faiveley Transport, Denis led supply chain integration efforts, harmonizing practices and driving performance improvements across the organization.
At Faiveley Transport, Denis supported growth as Services Division Supply Chain Director.
Earlier in his career, he held operational leadership roles at Thales and Valeo, working in highly demanding manufacturing and service environments.

Denis holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from UTBM, France.

Matt Topham

Matt was appointed Head of Gangways in February 2026, following Dellner’s acquisition by Wabtec.
Prior to this role, Matt held several senior positions within Dellner Gangways, including Global Sales & Project Manager, Global Sales Engineer, and Assistant Key Account Manager, supporting major international programs from bid through delivery and aftermarket support.

Earlier in his career, Matt gained a strong technical foundation as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Faiveley Transport, where he developed in‑depth product knowledge of rail products including HVAC and door systems.

Matt holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Nuneaton and Hinckley College in the UK.

Jeanette Eriksson

Our Global Director Jeanette Eriksson leads the departments of QHSE, Field Service, Test & Validation located at our headquarters in Falun, Sweden.

Before starting at Dellner in 2016, she was Director Supplier Quality at Xylem Europe GmbH in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Previously, Jeanette Eriksson worked at Nordem Machinery as a Strategic Buyer and at Ericsson Microelectronics as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kalmar University, Sweden.

Susanne Löfås-Hällman

Susanne Löfås- Hällman is passionate about business, culture and people development. She joined Dellner in 2012, where she has since been Head of Human Resources Management and Communications. From 2001 to 2012, she was responsible for Human Resources Management across the group at Swedish retail chain Clas Ohlson. Before that, she was Head of Human Resources at Würth Sweden.

Susanne holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Gävle University.
