Board of Directors

Klaus Deller

Klaus Deller was elected Chairman of the Board of Dellner Couplers AB on Jan 1, 2023. He joined EQT Partners AB in 2019 as a Senior Industrial Advisor. Mr. Deller has many years of experience in leading large industrial companies. From 2009 to 2019, he served on the Board of Management at Knorr-Bremse AG; and was the Chief Executive Officer from 2015. In 2018, he made Knorr-Bremse AG public – one of the largest IPOs in Germany. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG. He began his career in 1991 at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he held various management positions until 2003, most recently as Executive Vice President.

Mr. Deller holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart. He also graduated with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University in Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Nils Ketter

Nils Ketter has been a member of the board of Dellner Couplers AB since 2023. Mr. Ketter has been with EQT Partners since 2012. Previously, he worked for McKinsey & Company, where he served as an expert in operational and strategic projects for industrial clients and principal investors.

Mr. Ketter holds Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering from ETH Zurich and Ecole Centrale Paris. He earned his Master of Business Administration from London Business School.

Andreas Knitter

Andreas Knitter has been a member of the Dellner Board since 2017. Until June 2017, he was Senior Vice President responsible for the European business of Alstom Transport S.A. in Paris.  Between 2008 and 2009, he worked as Head of EMEA at Foseco plc, a leading global supplier of foundry consumables and solutions. Today, Mr. Knitter is a board member in different industrial companies as well as in start-ups across Europe.

Andreas Knitter holds an Engineering Degree from RWTH Aachen, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium.

Mats Svensson

Board member Mats Svensson has been involved in the success of Dellner Couplers AB since 2008. Alongside his commitment to Dellner, Mr. Svensson is the chairman of the board of the braking system specialist Dellner Bubenzer Group and the residential construction company Fiskarhedenvillan AB. Since 2018, Mats Svensson has been a member of the board of the start-up Watersprint AB, which develops sustainable solutions for the use of drinking water. Previously, he was a member of the board of Knorr-Bremse AG and Axtone Group, among others.

Mats Svensson holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration from Lund University, Sweden.

Viveka Ekberg

Viveka Ekberg has been a member of the board of Dellner Couplers AB since 2019. She has long-standing experience in the financial sector, serving as CEO at PP Pension, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and Associate Partner at Brummer & Partners, among others. Ms. Ekberg serves on various boards of directors and positions of trust in public and private companies, such as the boards of AutoStore Holdings Ltd, Lindab International AB, Apolea holding AB and Cubera Private Equity AS.

Viveka Ekberg holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Finance and International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, and has completed various advanced management training programs.

Dellner Management

Anders Lindberg

Anders Lindberg was appointed CEO and President of Dellner in March 2021. During his professional career, he has held numerous senior positions in the railway industry and sustainable energy.

Prior to joining Dellner, Anders spent more than five years as Executive Vice President at Ørsted, the Danish global market leader in offshore wind power generation. At Ørsted, Anders was responsible for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment).  Before that, he served for more than twelve years in leading positions at Bombardier Transportation, most recently as President Rolling Stock Central & Northern Europe and Asia. Anders started his career in 1990 as a railway technology engineer at ABB Traction and later worked for the successor organisation Adtranz, where he held numerous management positions until joining Bombardier in 2001.

Anders holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.

Thomas Leander

Thomas Leander was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dellner in June 2022. He is a financial expert with many years of leadership experience and a particular focus on driving growth strategies, innovation and transformation in the areas of production, sales, service and project business.

Thomas has been active in the multinational environment for many years. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President Finance and Strategic Business Unit CFO at Kalmar Mobile Solutions, a strategic business unit within the Cargotec Corporation and part of the Cargotec Group. Prior to that, Thomas filled numerous finance leadership roles at ABB, the energy and technology group, including in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt. From 2009 to 2020, Thomas was CFO of ABB Robotics at its headquarters in Zurich.

Thomas holds an engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from Örebro University School of Business.

David Anderberg

David Anderberg joined Dellner in 2020 as General Counsel.

Prior to joining Dellner he worked for 14 years in senior inhouse counsel roles in the industry and energy sectors at Gävle Energi, ABB and Sandvik. Before going “inhouse” he also worked for several years as a lawyer at an international business lawfirm in Stockholm, Sweden and one year in Washington D.C., USA.

David obtained a Master of Law degree at the Stockholm University, Sweden which included one year at the University of Essex, UK. He has also completed the FEM Executive Management Program, IFL at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Jeanette Eriksson

Our Global Director Jeanette Eriksson leads the department  Quality, Customer Service and PMO located at our headquarters in Falun, Sweden. Before starting at Dellner in 2016, she was Director Supplier Quality at Xylem Europe GmbH in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Previously, Jeanette Eriksson worked at Nordem Machinery as a Strategic Buyer and at Ericsson Microelectronics as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kalmar University, Sweden.

Fredrik Nordström

Fredrik Nordström joined Dellner in 2020 as Corporate Development Director and has since been responsible for major projects that enhance the company’s growth potential. Previously, he worked for Bombardier Transportation for 17 years, most recently as Deputy Managing Director and Head of BU Nordics Regional/Intercity. Fredrik started his career in 1990 at SMT SAJO and ABB before working for Adtranz Sweden AB for 6 years from 1994.

Fredrik studied Business Administration at Mälardalen University, Sweden.

Susanne Löfås -Hällman

Susanne Löfås- Hällman is passionate about business, culture and people development. She joined Dellner in 2012, where she has since been Head of Human Resources Management and Communications. From 2001 to 2012, she was responsible for Human Resources Management across the group at Swedish retail chain Clas Ohlson. Before that, she was Head of Human Resources at Würth Sweden.

Susanne holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Gävle University.

Callum Dolman

Callum Dolman has been with Dellner since 2013. Before becoming Vice President of the Gangways Business Unit in 2020, he held the position of General Counsel at the head office in Falun, Sweden. Prior to joining Dellner in Sweden, Callum lived and worked as a lawyer in Australia, most recently for Atlas Iron Limited and Blake Dawson.

Callum holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Western Australia in Perth, Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Stockholm, Sweden.

Peter Woxblom

Peter Woxblom joined Dellner in 2020 as Vice President of the Couplers business unit.

Before joining Dellner, he worked for 12 years in the machining industry. The last two years as Managing Director at Bystronic Scandinavia, before that he held various positions at Sandvik Machining Solutions.

Peter has a Master of Science in Materials Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Fredric Håkansson

Fredric has a degree in Economics from Malmö Folkhögskola in Malmö, Sweden.

Johan Stenborg

Johan Stenborg started working at Dellner in 2014 as Vice President Product Realization and five years later he was appointed Vice President Supply Chain. Johan previously held senior positions at the Swedish sugar confectionary manufacturer Cloetta for ten years, where the supply chain expert most recently worked as Director of Planning and Logistics. His career began in 1999 with the Swedish company Ericsson within the base station segment, from where he moved to the contract manufacturer sector working for Flextronics in 2002.

Johan has a degree in Industrial Economics from Gavle University, Sweden.

Håkan Persson

Håkan Persson was appointed Managing Director of Dellner Dampers AB in 2017.

Previously, he was Plant Manager at SvetSmurfitkappa in Nybro, Sweden. During his career, Håkan has held various senior positions at Skeppshultzs Press, PartnerTech and Interinnovation.

Håkan studied Organisation, Marketing and Commerce at Mälardalen University, Sweden. He also completed the General Management Programme at Ashridge Business School in London, UK.
