If you’re interested in a sales job at Dellner, you can work with New Sales, Dellner Service or Dampers – depending on your competence or experience. Working with New Sales means that you would focus on sales to train builders. While working with Dellner Services you would offer services to operators and maintainers. Both units also cover sales for Gangway market.

New Sales

New Sales is all about promoting the products in the Dellner portfolio, such as couplers, gangways, front hatch mechanisms and dampers.

The New Sales department is led by the Sales Director at the head office in Sweden and supported by Key Account Managers, Assistant Key Account Managers, Account Engineers and Sales Engineers in several locations around the globe. At New Sales you will meet dedicated sales professionals with a wide range of skills and years of experience – both in the railway business and in other industry segments.

Dellner Service

At Dellner Service, you contribute to the aftermarket sales of products and services. Our work supports all Dellner-installed train connection systems worldwide throughout their life cycle.

Dellner Service is managed from its headquarters in Sweden and has numerous local sales teams. They are all characterised by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

If you are interested in a job at Dellner Service, we can offer you an exciting, dynamic and agile working environment with positions such as Business Unit Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or in Sales Supports.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Responsibility for the entire product portfolio
  • Responsibility for the pricing model
  • Secure long-term customer relationships
  • Close cooperation with internal units such as project management, engineering, RAMS/LCC and customer service
  • Continuous development of work processes and supporting IT systems
  • Conduct training and provide general service and support to our customers (Dellner Service)
