Leadership at Dellner

At Dellner we believe in coaching leadership and we invest in our leaders and managers to achieve the best results and tools to lead their teams. We are a value-driven company with an entrepreneurial culture. Beside the mandatory manager training, we introduced a global leadership program 2022, which runs over one year.

The program is divided into four different modules:

  • People management,
  • Strategy Execution and Performance Management,
  • Talent Management and Coaching,
  • Change management and Communication.

The program roll-out is part of Dellner’s strategy and is built on both a classroom training and homework tasks in-between the different modules. The networking part that follows naturally from this program setup give the participants an opportunity to meet and interact with colleagues from different sites and countries.
