After you submit in your application via the recruitment tool, we immediately send you an acknowledgement and in this you can see how your data is handled. If your profile matches the position you will be invited to join our interview process, which can vary depending on role and/or location. Independent of what we see, this first step/meeting/interview is a way for you to get to know the company better and also for us to discover more about you as a candidate. The two-way communication here is very important for us.

We use tests as a tool within the recruitment process and pay attention to your references at the end of the process. During the recruitment process at Dellner will you probably meet representatives from HR, the recruiting manager and the recruiting manager’s manager – the “grandfather” interview.

The onboarding process starts in close cooperation with your line manager and you will be offered an induction scheme relevant for your role on your first day at Dellner.
