The Quality, Customer Service and Project Management department is responsible for ensuring:

  • the quality of our products and systems,
  • customer satisfaction,
  • the continuous development of our business,
  • the Dellner premises.

The principles of our work are based on Dellner’s priorities: “Safety – Quality – Delivery – Cost”. As a member of our team, you will ensure the effectiveness of our way of working and enable global development in a standardised way.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Proactively enable development within Health, Safety and Environment across all Dellner sites
  • Coordinate and resolve quality deficiencies detected both at customer sites and within Dellner premises
  • Maintain and develop the Quality and Environment certificates such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO22163 (IRIS) and ISO/IEC17025
  • Implement development projects within our premises, systems and business activities
  • Ensure the accurate quality of our products through incoming inspections, measurements and final inspections
  • Ensure the safe handling of chemicals through our global Chemical Management System
  • Further development of our sustainability work in line with the strategic requirements of the owners and customers
