Dellner has signed a Joint Venture contract, forming a new company "Dellner Victall Gangway System（Qingdao）Co., Ltd.", combining Dellner's extensive experiences of Gangway technology and Victall's strong sales and production capacity. The new Joint Venture company will become a strong player and will contribute to the continuing success of the Chinese railway industry.

Victall is a group of companies manufacturing modular products for high speed trains, intercity trains and metros. Its main business involves railway equipment and auxiliary components, which consist of interiors modules, plug door systems, toilet systems and kitchen modules. Victall has been recognized as a reputable supplier within China and also by car-builders like Siemens, Alstom and Bombardier.
Dellner is the only supplier for coupler and gangway systems and has been awarded with large contracts during the last two years for its newly patented SGX system with a 15 year service interval. In order to grow the market it was only a logical step to address the world's largest market with this exciting technology.
