Peter Woxblom appointed new CEO for Dellner Couplers

Dellner Couplers has appointed Peter Woxblom as new President & CEO, effective from April 4, 2023. Peter Woxblom will succeed Anders Lindberg, who has decided to pursue new opportunities outside of the company. Anders will remain in the company during a transition period and thereafter continue to support Dellner as an industrial advisor within the global EQT Network.

“Peter Woxblom is an appreciated leader within the company and has been central in
developing our largest business unit in the last years as the Vice President of the Couplers
business unit at Dellner since 2020. Peter has demonstrated strong commercial expertise
and commitment to the company’s future journey. We are confident that Peter will continue
to grow the company and take Dellner to the next level,” says Klaus Deller, Chairperson of
Dellner.

“Anders Lindberg has done a fantastic job in navigating Dellner through difficult years for the
industry with COVID and global supply chain challenges while also successfully driving the
integration of the acquisition of CAF Miira’s couplers business and positioning Dellner at the
forefront of the DAC Delivery Program. In 2022, Dellner achieved an all-time high order
backlog and improved profitability, and Anders is handing over a strengthened company
with many opportunities ahead,” Klaus Deller continues.

Prior to joining Dellner, Peter Woxblom held the position as Managing Director for Bystronic
Scandinavia AB and he brings over 16 years of experience from numerous high-quality
industrial companies in the Nordics. Peter holds a Master of Science from the KTH Royal
Institute of Technology.

“I am excited to assume the position as CEO of Dellner. We have a truly global business,
industry leading technology, committed employees, and strong customer relations. Brought
together, this makes the company well-positioned for continued growth and I look forward
to leading this work together with the entire Dellner team,” says Peter Woxblom, incoming
CEO of Dellner.
