Dellner Services UK has entered into a long-term service agreement with Alstom to deliver coupler overhaul services for major UK rail fleets, reinforcing the strong and growing partnership between the two companies.
The agreement secures Dellner Services UK as the provider of coupler overhaul services for the Crossrail fleet and the LoTrain fleet for the remaining lifetime of the trains. Running through to 2050, the contract establishes a long-term framework for the maintenance and lifecycle management of critical coupling systems.
The agreement covers all couplers installed across the Aventra fleet portfolio and represents a significant long-term service programme for Dellner Services UK. By combining Dellner’s specialist expertise in coupling technology with Alstom’s global leadership in rolling stock manufacturing and maintenance, the collaboration will support high standards of reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
By ensuring the continued performance of essential train components, the partnership will contribute to sustainable fleet operations and the long-term reliability of rail services across the United Kingdom. The agreement further strengthens the strategic relationship between Dellner Services UK and Alstom while supporting the future resilience of the UK rail network.
