Alstom’s low-floor Citadis trams, specially adapted for the German market and the Cologne Public Transport Authority (Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG, KVB), are equipped with advanced coupling solutions from Dellner. These include 126 foldable automatic couplers, 124 semi-permanent couplers, 63 adapters and 126 front hatch mechanisms. Operating across Cologne’s urban area, the Citadis trams play a vital role in enhancing inner-city mobility and connectivity.
