At Dellner Gangway division we custom manufacture our own bellows materials, which are available in a wide range of colours. This allows optimisation of properties and provides consistent product quality and class leading performance.

Leading fire performance for increased safety

We offer bellows and gangways in compliance with the new Euro fire norm and international environmental legislation. We offer you best in class fire performance, for example BS6853:1999, AFNOR NFF16-101, NFPA 130 (including E119 fire barrier result of 55 minutes) and the CEN/TS 45545-2:2009.

Versatile acoustic Solutions

Our in-house manufacture of bellows laminate affords targeted acoustic solutions. We have extensively validated fully assembled gangways with tests conducted to the rigorous standard of BS EN ISO140-3, attaining levels of up to 42 dBA.

Cost efficiency though quality materials and innovative design

Combining materials science and polymer processing expertise with innovative design solutions we are able to support all of your gangway requirements. These include fully moulded gangways providing advantages in terms of cost, design options where space is at a premium, sealing and product life.

Excellent thermal insulation

Thermal insulation is optimised by double skin bellows design. We also offer pressure-sealed gangways, providing optimum passenger protection against pressure pulse at tunnel entry in service, including very high-speed applications. All Dellner gangways have been designed for enhanced fatigue and environ- mental resistance for maximum life expectancy and reliability.
